What You'll Do As the Senior SEO Marketing Manager at BCG, you will spearhead our SEO program to enhance brand visibility and organic search traffic. You will be responsible for developing and leading a team that implements SEO strategies to expand BCG's competitive keyword footprint. Collaborating closely with our Content Studios and Practice area marketing teams, you'll ensure that SEO best practices are embedded into our web content. Additionally, you'll work closely with our product squads to optimize and enhance our technical SEO to advance our ambitious digital marketing agenda. You will analyze and interpret data from various SEO tools and platforms to inform your strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Your role will also involve staying abreast of the latest trends and updates in the SEO landscape, ensuring BCG remains at the forefront of digital marketing excellence. In this role, you can expect: Building and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive measurable results. Collaborating with our product development teams and SEO agency to roadmap and implement technical SEO advancements. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations on SEO challenges and opportunities. Managing our enterprise SEO tool and relationships. Leading and coaching teams of SEO specialists and contractors. Conducting in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and competitive analysis. Telling a story with data and utilizing analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and report on KPIs. Communicating complex SEO concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders. Cross-functional collaboration with content teams, writers, editors, and digital content project managers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the content development process. Keeping up-to-date with external market trends and integrating new SEO technologies and methodologies. Applying structured problem-solving and critical thinking to identify and resolve SEO challenges. You show up as a strong leader and mentor across the teams by demonstrating clear and concise verbal communications and leading conversations and meetings effectively. You modulate communications to audience and context while influencing perspective thoughtfully. You balance individual, team, and network responsibilities and strike an appropriate balance of team empowerment and managerial direction - positioned as a trusted consultant across channel teams.

What You'll Bring 8 to 10 years of experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on content marketing strategies. Experience managing a small team of direct reports. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. A proven track record of driving SEO success in a commercial B2B environment. Experience with SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and similar platforms. Experience with enterprise SEO tools (BrightEdge, Conductor, SEOclarity, etc.), a plus. Experience with site crawlers (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Deepcrawl, Lumar, etc.). Experience with Google Search Console. Familiarity with international SEO and/or marketing to audiences in regions outside of the U.S. Strong analytical skills and experience with Adobe Analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create clear and informative presentations. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, adjust priorities, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships across functions and geographies.
