The Role We are seeking a

Senior Security Compliance Technician

to oversee and manage security compliance across multiple sites. This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about information security, compliance, and safeguarding sensitive operations.

Key Responsibilities Information Security: Lead the management of multi-site Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) to ensure ISO27001 compliance. Oversee security measures, controls, and audits (internal and external). Monitor security access and investigate breaches, recommending necessary tools and processes. Deliver security awareness training and manage vendor-related security. Facility & Personnel Security: Manage multi-site Facility Security Controlled (FSC) & Industry Personnel Security Assurance (IPSA) systems. Determine and process security clearances and maintain aftercare procedures. Liaise with government security departments and agencies to ensure compliance. Maintain classified material records, including document registers, security aspects letters, and musters. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including handling classified assets and policy preparation. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization in industry working groups and external security audits. Provide security briefings to staff and teams. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless security operations. About You To excel in this role, you will need: Proven experience in managing ISMS, security audits, and ISO27001 compliance. Strong understanding of government security standards and procedures. Ability to manage and safeguard classified information and materials effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Active government security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it). What's in it for You?
