As a key member of Sage’s Business Resilience team, you will assist the Business Resilience Manager in leading complex technical projects that enhance Sage’s risk-based Business Continuity (BC), Operational Resilience, and Emergency and Crisis Management efforts. To support Sage’s Crisis Response capabilities, you’ll support the development, maintenance, and testing of crisis management and resilience plans across the business, and use targeted crisis exercises to validate plans and prepare teams. During a crisis, you will not only be responsible for supporting Sage’s incident and crisis management teams wherever and whenever crises emerge, but you’ll directly support colleague safety by helping manage Sage’s mass communications system (Everbridge) – acting as a subject matter expert for its continued embedding within the business. In Business Continuity, you will help drive Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and BC plans (BCP) completion across the business and lead in the mapping and analysis of Sage’s complex internal and external dependencies, including critical third parties and technologies. You will also support the Business Resilience Manager by using Sage’s resilience platform to produce high-quality executive insights and reports, further helping Sage prevent risk and prepare for disruption. What You Will Do:

As a Senior Security Specialist, you will build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, offering guidance and advice in the management and continued improvement of resilience efforts across the business. You will support Sage’s technical teams by cohering, managing, and reporting on IT Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and technical recovery playbooks, and lead resilience efforts surrounding our most critical third parties. Finally, to remain compliant with current and emerging regulation, you will lead in responding to third-party due diligence requests whilst also actively contributing to relevant industry bodies and conferences.
