You will provide leadership and direction to the Service Support Manager and Service Support Partner, fostering collaboration and delivering consistent results. You will oversee asset management, including procurement processes, facilities maintenance, and manage key contracts for premises and utilities. You will also play a key role in supporting change implementation initiatives, working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the seamless delivery of services and facilities that meet both current and future needs. Key Responsibilities Lead change, drive improvement, and shape a high-performing team towards our long-term goals. Manage facilities and cross-functional teams effectively. Drive continuous improvement across operations, supporting change programmes. Implement strategies that align with our long-term goals, including Carbon Net Zero targets. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organisation. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to various UK centres.
