The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis: Littlefish is recruiting for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team. Working as part of the Tooling and Development team in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions based on ServiceNow technologies. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? ServiceNow – Certified Systems Administrator ServiceNow – Certified Applications Developer Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules. Face-to-face experience working with clients on requirements and implementations. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow. Exposure to ITIL principles and framework. Web services knowledge REST/SOAP API programming. Computer Science or Software Engineering degree level education or equivalent. System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Design and Development: Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Liaise with clients on requirements and design. Create and maintain Service Catalog items, forms, and user interfaces. Implement automated business processes using workflows, scripts, and APIs. Implementation and Customization: Configure and customize ITSM modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and services. Develop and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) integrations and updates. Maintenance and Support: Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow performance and resolve technical issues. Implement ServiceNow updates and new releases to ensure system integrity and performance. Provide technical support to internal teams and clients using the platform. Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with the business and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and customizations. Train users and internal teams on ServiceNow functionalities. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to enhance service delivery. Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend best practices. What can we offer you?
