Senior SharePoint Consultant This role will be working for a top-tier ISV and Professional Services Partner. They are rapidly growing and due to this growth and success are in need of a Senior SharePoint Consultant to join their ranks. They specialize in building cost-effective, easy-to-use products that enhance the information management experiences delivered through SharePoint, M365, and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal individual can step into this team, take on new challenges, and keep abreast of the latest developments in the Microsoft Ecosystem, identifying and recognizing opportunities to harness new technologies to benefit customers. As a Senior SharePoint Consultant, you will be a key member of the Consultancy team, designing, architecting, and implementing SharePoint Solutions tailored to every client. The role requires significant expertise in all things SharePoint, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to deliver the highest-quality solution possible to meet a client's specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design SharePoint Sites, Information Architecture, governance, and security modeling ensuring optimal performance and usability. Develop comprehensive SharePoint Solutions such as Site Architecture, Document Libraries, Workflows, and custom applications. Ensure any SharePoint solution adheres to security and compliance standards through the implementation of access controls, data encryption, and governance policies. Configure and deploy SharePoint Sites and Solutions, such as customization, integration with other systems through relevant data migrations. Provide end-user training and support for SharePoint users, best practices, etc., and offer ongoing support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve any issues and ensure optimum system stability. Create, maintain, and document SharePoint configurations, customizations, and workflows. Expertise in Records Management and Enterprise Document Management. Necessary Qualifications: Proficiency in SharePoint customization, including PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerShell. Experience with SharePoint migrations, data integration, and associated third-party tools. Relevant Technical Certifications, SharePoint Administrator or similar.
