We are looking for a strong clinical leader, with excellent managerial skills who can demonstrate expertise within the specialty. The successful candidate should hold strong leadership qualities to ensure safe quality care is provided to our patient group, maintain and improve staff morale and team working, and encourage a positive learning environment within the satellite team. The position is being offered on a full-time basis, 37.5 hrs per week. The team is cohesive and professional with a genuine interest and passion for providing a high standard of care. Experience

Has 3 years experience as a registered nurse in an acute hospital setting Evidence of at least 2 years in a leadership post Degree Level Education (healthcare related) Skills and Knowledge

Able to recount/discuss the requirements for a high standard of care Leadership Qualification or Training Disclosure and Barring Service Check
