Ward 120 is a busy general medical ward with a dedicated team of staff looking for a new leader. The patients are admitted with a variety of medical conditions. Main duties of the job We are looking for a strong clinical leader, with excellent managerial skills who can demonstrate expertise within the specialty. The successful candidate should hold strong leadership qualities to ensure safe quality care is provided to our patient group, maintain and improve staff morale and team working, and encourage a positive learning environment within the satellite team. The position is being offered on a full-time basis, 37.5 hrs per week. The team is cohesive and professional with a genuine interest and passion for providing a high standard of care.
