Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, estimating, and commercial teams to develop and secure robust budgets and project submissions. Facilitate collaborative workshops as needed to drive project progress and innovation. Ensure adherence to commercial processes in procurement activities, striving for optimal value. Oversee all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance before project initiation. Plan and execute the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring all Temporary Works (TW) processes are implemented. Coordinate with utility services and establish site offices and compounds. Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and techniques to enhance project outcomes. Collaborate with the Risk Manager to identify and manage project risks and opportunities. Take ownership of project delivery and quality standards, ensuring adherence to specifications. HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering Membership of a relevant professional institution Temporary Works Coordinator certification Utility Service Coordinator experience Benefits:
