Senior Site Agent / Civils Site Manager - Water outside IR35 Salary:
£400 - £500 per day (depending on experience) Location:
Worcester - J8 M5, Worcester close to WR8 0BZ The Senior Agent role outside IR35 involves working on a 30 million pound UV Water plant near J8 M5, focusing on civils water infrastructure projects with a Main Contractor. The business is expanding their delivery of projects across Severn Trent's AMP7 framework and has an opening for a Senior Agent to join their team. As a Senior Agent, you'll be working with the Project Delivery team on a multi-million pound water improvement project in Worcester. Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Agent
Allocation of resource and management of site staff. Ensuring safe systems of work and adherence to the Company Safety Policy. Enforcement and monitoring of the Division's Quality Assurance and Environmental systems. Management of projects/contracts. Communication at all levels regarding progress of projects. Line management/supervision for Sub Agents & General Foreman. Indirectly supervise Site Engineer, Foreman, and Gangers. Qualifications and Experience
Civil Engineering/Construction management degree. Background in delivery of water infrastructure orientated projects with H & S Management exposure. Proven experience on challenging and diverse projects; water experience highly desirable. Proven experience from engineering background demonstrating progress to Site Agent through career development with both theoretical and practical experience. Site qualifications: CSCS card, SMSTS (5 day), First Aid at Work (4 day), National Water Hygiene card.
