Key Responsibilities – Site Engineering Manager / Site Head of Engineering
Leading the engineering technical agenda for the Site, including all the maintenance activities to improve line performance, using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles. Drive engineering performance improvements, lead projects, manage multi-million-pound budgets and lead your team of managers/engineers and a team of 30 plus. Responsible for setting the engineering strategy, leading engineering activities, maximizing production through maintenance of site assets. Qualifications and Requirements – Site Engineering Manager / Site Head of Engineering
Experience of managing budgets. Experience of leading technical frontline maintenance and project teams. Track record of using advanced manufacturing techniques (E.g. WCM/TPM/Lean). HNC/HND within an engineering discipline minimum. Background in engineering management within a time-sensitive, 24/7 complex manufacturing organisation.
