Modular (MMC) Are you a Senior Site Manager with experience within the construction/offsite industry? Are you a Senior Site Manager with experience with MOD and specifically ballistic ranges? As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who is passionate about construction and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders Develop programmes of work produced by the Preconstruction Manager Serve as the primary point of contact for the client team Collaborate with the design and manufacturing team Coordinate the on-site assembly of modular units Conduct or oversee inspections during the on-site assembly In collaboration with the Design Manager and external consultants, ensure that the project complies with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards Identify potential risks associated with the project, including production delays, transportation issues, and on-site challenges and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies Plan resources effectively Monitor project progress against the project plan Provide regular project updates to stakeholders Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and others Ensure that all parties adhere to the terms of the contract We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

Have degrees in Construction Possess CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid ticket Have previous experience in construction project management (Modular preferred) Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills Are willing and able to obtain SC security Clearance for high security sites Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate high-level decision-making skills Are proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Sharepoint Possess in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines If you are interested in this vacancy please click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
