Senior Site Manager Location: Buckinghamshire Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + Benefits
Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager looking for your next challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a reputable regional SME working on a new-build commercial project in the Buckinghamshire area.
The Role:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for a standalone project valued at up to £5 million. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project, from start to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the on-site delivery of a new-build commercial project. Manage day-to-day operations, including site setup, health and safety, and subcontractor coordination. Liaise with the Contracts Manager, client, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project progression. Monitor project progress against programme schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Manage quality assurance processes, ensuring a high standard of finish. About You:
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, ideally on standalone projects valued between £3-5 million. Strong background in commercial new-build construction. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach to project delivery. Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification. What's on Offer:
