Covering both refurbishment and new build schemes on projects up to £20million. This role in particular has great scope for development due to the locality and complexity of the project. About the role This principal contractor are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team for a commercial refurbishment project in Westminster. This project is approximately £6million in value and involves elements of cut & carve. You will be a number two on site, reporting into a Contracts Manager and overseeing a Site Manager. Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager The ideal candidate will have worked in the commercial construction sector before, preferably involving elements of refurbishment aspects to the job and / or cut & carve. Experienced Senior Site Manager with the ability to drive a project forward with little supervision. Being a strong leader and leading by example to the site team and subcontractors. Keeping the project on programme and within budget. Health & Safety Quality Assurance Requirements for the Senior Site Manager A motivated and driven individual who is looking to make an impact on a project.
