An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join an established Midlands based Tier 2 Main Contractor.
Senior Site Manager Benefits:
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Car Allowance or Company Car Annual Leave: 25 Days + Bank Holidays Pension Scheme
Senior Site Manager Role:
The Senior Site Manager will be working on a £23MIL School Refurbishment scheme in Coventry reporting to the Project Lead.
Senior Site Manager Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Lead Direct responsibility for the site team, including Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Labour and Contingent Worker Managers Accountable for the delivery of works on site, liaising with all functions, including commercial, design, services, planning, and safety to achieve a positive outcome. Ensure that the allocated project is completed effectively, economically, and to a high-quality standard in compliance with the Company Procedures Maintain a positive client interface and build strong relationships to support the business' strategy to secure repeat business. Take full responsibility for the delivery of the project on site, allowing the Project Lead to undertake their role without unnecessary distractions. Assume full responsibility for the Project Lead when on leave or unavailable.
Senior Site Manager Requirements:
HNC / HND / Construction Management Degree Experience of working on £10+ MIL Scheme from a contractor background 5 Day SMSTS Appropriate CSCS Card Health & Safety / First Aid Certificate Fire Marshal Trained
