About the Role
They are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team for an education scheme in Croydon. This project is in excess of £10 million and involves elements of cut & carve, new build, and refurbishment. You will be a number two on site, reporting into a Contracts Manager and overseeing a Site Manager.
Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager
The ideal candidate will have worked on education schemes before, preferably involving elements of refurbishment and/or cut & carve. Experienced Senior Site Manager with the ability to drive a project forward with little supervision. Being a strong leader and leading by example to the site team and subcontractors.
