This contractor operates across the commercial, education, health care, MOD and residential sector, both refurbishment and new build schemes circa £20million. About the role They are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team for a education scheme in Croydon. This project is in excess of £10million and involves elements of cut & carve, new build and refurbishment. You will be a number two on site, reporting into a Contracts Manager and overseeing a Site Manager. Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager The ideal candidate will have worked on Education schemes before, preferably involving elements of refurbishment aspects to the job and / or cut & carve. Experienced Senior Site Manager with the ability to drive a project forward with little supervision. Being a strong leader and leading by example to the site team and subcontractors. Keeping the project on programme and within budget. Health & Safety Quality Assurance Requirements for the Senior Site Manager A motivated and driven individual who is looking to make an impact on a project.
