Job Title: Senior Site Manager Location: South London About the Role: I am looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a residential project in South London. The project involves a mix of new build and refurbishment on a Grade II listed building. Key aspects include RC frame, demolition, groundworks, steelwork, and internal/external works. As the number one on-site, you will manage all day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You'll liaise closely with the design and commercial teams to coordinate efforts and achieve project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage RC frame, groundworks, demolition, steelwork, and internal/external works. Act as the main point of contact on-site, leading teams and managing subcontractors. Coordinate with design and commercial teams to resolve issues and deliver project objectives. Ensure the successful completion of both the new build and refurbishment elements. Requirements: Proven experience as the number one on-site for large residential projects. Expertise in RC frame, demolition, groundworks, steelwork, and internal/external works. Strong project management experience, with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects. Experience working on Grade II listed buildings is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
