I am currently working with a main contractor who is looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager on a freelance basis to oversee a £72-million commercial build project in Durham.
The project will be ongoing for approximately 2 years, and they will require someone for the duration.
The right candidate will be highly experienced in external works within the commercial build environment. This will include facade works, brickwork, groundworks, curtain walling, hot melt to roof, SFS, etc.
You will be working closely with the engineer, with a focus on Quality Assurance. You must be confident using an iPad and familiar with BIM.
The rate is negotiable between £240 and £300 p/day, dependent on experience.
