You will be responsible for providing clear leadership and direction to the site team and striving to deliver this project to the highest standard. You'll be joining a contractor with a stronger pipeline of projects for 2025 in education, commercial, and refurbishment/heritage. This is the perfect time to kickstart the new year. Responsibilities of the Site Manager
Co-ordination & leadership of the site team Forward plan to identify possible problems Monitor progress including preparation of short-term programmes Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard Record all information, including variations which may affect progress/cost Requirements
CSCS / SMSTS Previous experience working on projects in excess of £10m Experience working on refurbishment and commercial projects would be desirable Ability to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining a positive and proactive attitude to high standards of health and safety Have a good understanding of construction drawings What we offer for the Senior Site Manager position
This is a full-time permanent role to join a reputable contractor with the opportunity for development and training with recognition for your achievements and contributions. The salary on offer is up to £75k dependent on experience.
