I am currently in need of a Senior Site Manager to manage a 1.5 million single house basement & refurbishment project based in East London. The project consists of underpinning for a single dig basement to the existing property with full structural refurbishment works along with internal finishes. The programme length is due to be 40 weeks.
The Candidate:
must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc. The candidate must have experience and exposure to
BASEMENTS & UNDERPINNING . Site tickets required:
