Due to an internal promotion, we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a medium-sized, award-winning residential developer that operates throughout the Southeast. The successful Manager will be the No. 1 on site, spearheading a large-scale regeneration scheme which includes the construction of 570 new homes, split between RC frame apartment blocks, traditional build housing, and various other amenities such as commercial and retail space, and a new school. This will be along with extensive infrastructure including new roads, cycle paths, and walkways.

What they are looking for
The candidate will need to have a background in delivering large RC frame new build residential schemes as No. 1 on site or phase; be able to manage programmes and budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors and liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health and safety is kept to the highest standard.
Experience in both RC frame apartment projects and traditional build housing projects is vital for this role.
Project Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers, capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
