15 million Industrial project in Hounslow. Requirements for the Senior Site Manager position
The right candidate will have proven ability and experience with a principal contractor on a similar size scale project. Industrial construction sector experience is desired. Alternatively, steel frame experience is essential. Be able to lead a team of Site staff and subcontractors whilst keeping the project running to time and programme, whilst maintaining health & safety compliance regulations. Overseen the whole build process from start to finish on several construction projects. Lead weekly progress meetings with the Site team whilst reporting into your line manager - Project Manager / Project Director. Degree educated is desired. SMSTS certification. CSCS certification.
