Senior Site Manager Contractor We at Reddbrick are recruiting for a regional contractor delivering refurbishment and apartment schemes. Future works will be in the Yorkshire region. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the dynamic team.

Senior Site Manager Overview As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee the final 6 months of a conversion from offices to residential apartments. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Senior Site Manager Responsibilities Help to support the construction site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. Manage and coordinate the activities of the site team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers - you will be Number 1 on site. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards. Enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel. Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process. Senior Site Manager Requirements A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing 5 storey apartment and refurbishment schemes. Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential. First Aid, CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, and other relevant qualifications are desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
