Our client, an award-winning residential developer, is recruiting for an experienced Housing Site Manager to work on a site near Launceston, Cornwall. With a healthy land bank and a clearly structured management team, this position will suit an experienced manager with knowledge of NHBC processes and traditional build methods. As an experienced Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the production of all units, on-site health and safety management, and the management of sub-contractors. You will report to a full site, with the support of a long-standing Contracts Manager. Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in house building at a similar level, along with knowledge of both traditional and modern construction methods, processes, and current health and safety legislation. Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills are also required. SMSTS, CSCS, and FAW certifications are essential, along with good local supply chain knowledge. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary and car allowance, along with an excellent benefits package including a pension, private medical insurance, and a performance-related bonus.
