Senior Site Manager opportunity working on a Reinforced concrete frame student accommodation high rise project in Leeds with an approx. value of £25m.
About the role of Senior Site Manager
This opportunity as a senior site manager with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor which are currently the market leading contractor for this region. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. You will manage a full site team, chair subcontractor meetings, progress report, and oversee health & safety and quality.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager
Substructures through to interior fit out to handover Responsible for managing a full site team Chairing subcontractor meetings Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety Checking the workmanship on site to ensure it adheres to standards set
Requirements for Senior Site Manager
Proven track record as a site manager with demonstrable project delivery experience on high rise reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments Experience working with regional & tier 1 contractors Trade background or Degree BSc in Construction Management CSCS Black NVQ Level 6 Experience taking projects from ground to completion & handover to client
