Client: A main contractor / developer who does a range of high-quality housing that base their work around South East of England. Most of the work is done for private clients, which brings tight deadlines, and beautiful finishes. Jobs to be proud of when completed.
Project: 50 traditional build Residential units, pre-construction started, first day on site should be 1st/2nd week of January. The client is looking for someone with great residential experience working on projects from start to finish. Wants a good stable CV that suits the project. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude and does not require to be babysat every day on site.
The Manager must have:
Track record of working on similar projects Your CV must show similar projects completed from start to finish and not just a part of the project. Team player but able to work on own initiative where required Good eye for detail and is strong on finishes Great quality assurance skills Health and Safety focused
