Senior Site Manager We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality apartment projects from 2nd fix to handover. You will manage a team of Site Managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of site operations. Supervise and mentor a team of Site Managers. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow. Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality. Enforce health and safety standards on-site. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. Requirements: Proven experience managing residential projects from 2nd fix to handover. Strong leadership and team management skills. Previous experience with a leading London developer is highly desirable. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Locations:
