Milton Keynes I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a major building contractor based in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis, working on a range of projects across multiple sectors. The company has been operating for approximately 15 years and has continuously grown from strength to strength. They work on a range of refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance projects across multiple sectors including commercial offices, warehouses, industrial buildings, residential/high-end residential, leisure buildings, and more. The company is continuing to grow and is winning more work as a result of their success and respected reputation. As a result, they are looking to bring in another Senior Site Manager to the business on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone that has a strong track record working for a reputable Main Contractor, with experience working on a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple sectors such as commercial offices, industrial warehouses, retail, and leisure buildings. Project values are generally between £200,000 to £3m.
