Oversee the daily operations of the construction site and ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct staff to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Handle site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the construction process. Assist the Senior Site Manager with planning, scheduling, and forecasting project requirements. Minimum Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification – mandatory. First Aid certification – mandatory. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card – mandatory. Proven experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure to meet deadlines. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Experience working on similar commercial/industrial projects.
