Senior Site Manager
to join our Eastern Construction business. Within this role, you can enjoy progression opportunities and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities. Location : Site based in Nottingham Contract : Permanent, full time Responsibilities As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities. Your day to day will include: Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. Demonstrating good financial knowledge. Ensuring site records are maintained. Managing staff and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Working on projects valued from £2M to £40M. Who are we looking for? This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if: Previous experience in the Construction industry. Hold the relevant certifications, i.e., SMSTS. Have experience working on Schools, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Office Projects.
