Responsibilities as a Senior Site Manager:
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team for a Tier 1 main contractor, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.
Your day to day will include:
Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
Demonstrate good financial knowledge
Ensure site records are maintained
Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
Working on projects valued from 2M to 40M
Senior Site Manager role requirements:
Previous experience in the Construction industry
Hold the relevant certifications I.e., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
Have experience working on Schools, Higher Education, Health care and Office Projects
Senior Site Manager Benefits:
Salary 55,000 - 65,000
Car Allowance or Company Car
