Senior Site Manager Plymouth
Sphere Solutions are working with an award-winning house builder to recruit an experienced Residential Senior Site Manager to join their team on a large-scale development on the outskirts of Plymouth.
The appointed person will be responsible for organising and managing resources, directing the successful management of designated projects, and ensuring the programme is to plan and within budget.
Suitable candidates:
Must have housing experience with a proven track record of building volume residential schemes (preferably timber frame) SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS card Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time and within budget Proficient in MS Office programmes, particularly Word & Outlook On offer is a salary up to £70,000 & car package.
