This will be a Senior Site Manager role to join a project based in Chichester, working on a multiphase residential project of 80+ units for a regional developer that specializes in timber frame new builds. You will be reporting into the Project Manager and will be responsible for managing both site and customer relations. Minimum Requirements
Tier 1 developer experience is necessary. All candidates must have a Black CSCS or above, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications. Preferably worked on large scale residential projects, managing multiple units as well as all sub-contractors and tradespeople.
