Senior Site Manager – RC Frame Apartment Scheme – Wood Green, North London

The Opportunity An Excellent Opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to deliver a brand new RC frame development consisting of 83 apartments and penthouses in a new build 8 storey block off a busy high street and surrounded by active commercial and leisure properties. This project has 1 year left on site with the superstructure and external complete, so the focus will be on internal fit-out. You will be assisted by an Assistant Site Manager along with a Quality Assurance Manager who will focus on finishing and handover, and would move on to one of several much larger RC frame developments in East London. 83 Units A single 8 storey RC frame block Exceptional Pipeline of live and upcoming work in the area, including 2 different 1,000+ unit schemes The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a Senior Site Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Project Manager, with a track history of taking projects from start to finish. Experience in the construction and delivery of residential apartments is important for this position.
