My client, a leading housebuilder, is seeking a driven Senior Site Manager to take charge of a busy, fast-paced residential site in Central Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow within a high-performance environment and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

Manage an established site comprising traditional build houses and apartments. Oversee ongoing construction, with infrastructure such as roads, drainage, and mains services already in place. Drive site delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met in a fast-moving and high-pressure setting. Lead and inspire a team, including assistant site managers, ensuring smooth and efficient project progress. Use your strong IT and organisational skills to track progress and maintain compliance with KPIs. Attend site meetings, liaise with subcontractors, and maintain excellent client relationships. Uphold health and safety standards and ensure adherence to NHBC regulations. What We’re Looking For:

A proactive, career-focused individual with a proven track record in residential construction. Timber frame experience is preferred but not essential, as long as you bring a willingness to learn and adapt. NHBC Pride in the Job Award (PIJ) winner or someone with the ambition and potential to achieve this accolade. Essential certifications: SMSTS, CSCS (black card preferred), and First Aid at Work.
