Warehouse refurbishment

The job:
£3.5m self-storage warehouse refurb with simple large subbie packages (Civils, Steel, Cladding and Roofing, Mezzanine, MEP and Landscaping).
Strip out and enabling works start next week (Demo company has their own SM with SMSTS for this).
2-phase project that initially involves a rip out, then need to make space in the warehouse for the fit-out (modify the steel so becomes a portal frame rather than a truss roof), so take the roof off, sort the steel out and add new columns in (new foundations in the warehouse).
Also adding in a new mezzanine floor. There won't be many variations so should be relatively straightforward. About the company:
50-year-old, £16m turnover contractor, who are a conservatively run, organically growing organisation. Work within the commercial and industrial sectors of the construction industry. The Senior Site Manager must have / be:
