Assessing : Ensuring the design meets the client's needs. Demonstrable : Track record in self-delivery of steel fabrications for construction and civil engineering purposes. Planning : Creating a process to reduce delays and costs, including determining specifications and creating a manufacturing and installation plan. Managing : Keeping the project on schedule and within budget, and managing people and processes. Communicating : Liaising with the client, suppliers, and other contractors. Site measurement : Accurately measuring the site for fabricating and installing metalwork.
