You will oversee, direct and manage production on site to the agreed programme, budget, and quality standards. You and your team will ensure compliance with all procedures and external regulations, with a focus on SHE. You will be responsible for upholding the Group's reputation with customers, suppliers and the community at large demonstrating our People First approach at every possible opportunity. You will ensure high standards of quality are achieved throughout all build stages, that the Build Stage Inspection regime is strictly adhered to and that plots are fully completed before presentation. You will personally work with Contracts Managers and oversee the activities of sub-contractors to ensure the performance they deliver is in line with their contractual obligations. We are aiming for NHBC pride in the job awards for these projects so if you think you have the experience and supervisory skills we are looking for, we would love to hear from you. More about you

To apply for this position, you must have previous experience working as a senior Site Manager and have managed a team on a 50 unit plus site. You will also have a qualification with a membership to an industry-recognised board, e.g. CIOB. You should be conversant with all aspects of design, build, procurement & procedures. The benefits
