We are currently working with a leading residential developer to assist in their search for a Senior Site Manager in the Oxfordshire area. This will be on a 400+ unit mix of traditional build housing and RC frame housing, reporting to a PM.

Our client has many traditional build projects across Oxfordshire and a strong pipeline of work, ensuring longevity of employment. This project is just starting, so you will oversee all stages of the build.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager:

Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, maintaining high health & safety standards. Achieve a high-quality product across 150+ units of traditional build houses. Keep the project on time and within budget. Oversee the build process from start to finish.

Requirements for Senior Site Manager: Experience overseeing multiple large projects from groundworks to handover. Experience working on traditional build housing projects. Demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
