The Role:
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll oversee the full life cycle of housing projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a dedicated team, manage subcontractors, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing project schedules and budgets. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Monitoring quality standards and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the housing sector. Track record of managing large-scale residential developments. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of current health and safety standards. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).
