Senior Site Manager

About the Role Joining our team, you will manage the site, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy. Supervising all direct labour as necessary, you’ll coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors involved on site to ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme. About You We’re looking for candidates who have a proven track record in delivering schemes in a standalone capacity i.e. Project Lead and also as part of a wider delivery team. Proven experience working in a Senior Site Manager role and are educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline. Ideally, you will have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes, between £5 and £20 million and hold CITB 5 day. Candidates will need a valid SMSTS along with a valid CSCS managers safety accreditation, plus Temporary Works competency. A full UK driving licence is essential.
