I am currently in need of a Senior Site Manager to manage a new build plot of 10 Townhouses based in West London. The project is currently at 1st fix stage and will need the suitable candidate to run this through to handover. The programme is due to complete in June 25 with a follow on project starting in July 25 also in West London.
The Candidate
The candidate must be capable of delivering the project standalone, reporting into a visiting contract manager. Responsibilities include: Sequencing Short term programming Trade management Site inductions Raising permits Tool box talks Work to tight deadlines Influence H&S on site Quality Assurance Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
