My client requires a client-facing Senior Site Manager to join their business on a full-time permanent basis. You must be willing to travel and lodge as my client is based in West Yorkshire, but the project is in Whitby. The role will involve the refurbishment of a hotel with additional building. Experience of working on hotels previously would therefore be highly advantageous.
You must have SMSTS and First Aid, and you will have extensive experience of refurbishments and new build projects up to £5m. Please send a CV in the first instance.
