I am currently in need of a
Senior Site / Project Manager
to manage a £13 million refurbishment project of an existing Leisure centre in South East London. Works involved include a large M&E package, full swimming pool refurbishment along with all changing rooms & communal areas. The project is initially for 13 months with a view to going permanent.
The Candidate:
must be capable of delivering a project reporting into a Construction Director and must be able to programme, client manage, trade management, site inductions, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A etc.
Site tickets required:
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client is looking to pay a competitive day rate / perm package and can start the suitable candidate in January 2025.
