  • Oversee the entire construction process of the high-rise development, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and project timelines.
  • Manage and supervise the construction of high-rise projects
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Oversee on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality on-site.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare progress reports, update project schedules, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make decisions to keep projects on track.

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in high-rise construction projects, with a strong track record of successful project completions.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction techniques, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams to achieve project goals.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to handle unforeseen challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and a proactive approach to ensuring a safe working environment for all construction personnel.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset
