Senior Social Media and Brand Executive - 12 month FTC The company: A vibrant hospitality gem in the heart of York is on the lookout for a Social Media and Brand Executive to join their dynamic team on a 12 month FTC. Key Responsibilities: Content Development & Social Media Management: Create and manage content calendars, campaigns, and ensure an increase in engagement and organic traffic. Brand Consistency: Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, maintaining brand consistency across platforms. Collaboration: Work with external partners (photographers, designers) to deliver high-impact campaigns. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking: Organise and execute multi-channel campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimise results. Cross-department Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in social media management and brand marketing, ideally within hospitality. Strong design skills for digital and print assets. Project management experience, particularly in organising large-scale photo and video shoots. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach. 3-4 days required in the office.
