Senior Social Media & Content Executive
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end social media strategy, content creation, and account management for our clients. You’ll play a key role in creating content and delivering compelling campaigns that reflect the essence of each brand, while driving engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Management:
Lead the end-to-end management of client social media accounts, from ideation and strategy to execution. Creative Content Creation:
Produce visually stunning and engaging content for Instagram, including images and videos. Design engaging story series that encourage audience interaction. Create TikTok content that is current, trending, and optimised for the algorithm to drive follower growth. Write creative, compelling captions that reflect the brand voice and drive engagement. Edit content to maintain quality and optimise it for different platforms. Account Management:
Develop, manage, and maintain posting schedules for all client accounts. Ensure timely, consistent, and impactful content delivery across Instagram and TikTok. Community Management:
Monitor and manage social media communities by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries. Build relationships with followers to foster engagement and loyalty. Performance Tracking & Optimisation:
Collaborate with the team to leverage monthly reports, using insights to refine content creation for the following month and ensure continuous growth and improvement. Qualifications: Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing multiple accounts in luxury industries like fashion, hospitality, or wellness. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and basic visual content creation. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a flair for creating engaging and brand-aligned captions. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
