We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Social Media Content Specialist based in London, with expertise in crafting content that resonates with U.S. audiences. A deep understanding of American culture, tone, and communication style is essential to create engaging and authentic content that amplifies our message.You'll play a crucial role in our marketing efforts by generating compelling UGC that resonates with our prospective audience. You will collaborate with the Performance Marketing, Brand, Influencer, and Creative teams to develop and execute social-first UGC ads that drive customer acquisitions and community engagement. From filming and editing videos to managing our U.S. TikTok account and staying ahead of social media trends, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving their strategies to connect with our audience effectively. Some of your daily responsibilities Content Creation and Strategy: Research, script, shoot, and edit user-generated content for social-first campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition.

Represent our brand authentically and passionately on camera, showcasing our products to engage our audience.

Capture and edit high-quality, original photos and videos that align with our brand’s visual identity for timely distribution.

Trends & Insights: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative strategies.

Analyze historical performance data to identify successful ad elements and inform future content iterations.

Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports for paid ads, and organic socials, providing insights and optimization recommendations.

Stay ahead with trending brands and discover perfect partnerships to elevate our impact and growth.

Community Growth: Manage and develop our US TikTok account, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Generate innovative content ideas and respond proactively to emerging trends.

Support brand activations in the US and collaborate with the US retail team on product launches.

Drive initiatives aimed at achieving viral social success in the US market!

What we need from you This role is essential for helping us resonate with our American audience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.

Previous experience creating content for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of TikTok and other emerging channels.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

An ambitious, curious, creative, and data-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional growth.

Positive energy and a passion for our Wild’s mission, willingness to immerse yourself fully in our company culture and values.

Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.

Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and metrics.

Fluent in German and/or French is a plus.
