Tribal is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team in London (Paddington)!

In this exciting role, you’ll be at the helm of shaping our clients' social media presence, working closely with the Social Media Director to elevate brands across multiple platforms. If you're a creative powerhouse with a knack for creating viral content and a passion for staying ahead of trends, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll have:

Significant client-facing experience and relationship-building ability

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Experience of multiple stakeholder management at all/senior levels

Experience of presenting to, reporting to and influencing multiple stakeholders

Excellent understanding and working knowledge for organic social media

The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and work to deadlines, being reactive as needed in the ever-changing social media landscape

High level of attention to detail

Ability to pick things up quickly and work autonomously

Ability to create camera-phone content bespoke to platform for occasional events.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning monthly organic content calendar, delivering high quality content

Support Social Media Director in the execution of social channel strategies, focusing on KPIs and campaign impact.

With the team, manage content planning, execution, and community engagement, ensuring excellence in all areas

Work with Social Media Director to execute organic social strategy

Work collaboratively with our paid and organic social teams

Collaborate with creative teams to design and implement innovative, social-first campaigns that engage our audience.

Responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on social media metrics

Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation, and brand likeability

Build relationships with social platforms and external agencies

Work with Social Media Director to develop & deliver our influencer strategy to drive brand value, third party advocacy

Identifying key influencer talent and bringing opportunities to the table

Executing creative influencer content that drives brand awareness and brand consideration as relevant at key campaign moments
